This recipe uses a smoothie maker or anything that will do a similar job e.g. mixer or juicer. Break the banana up into loose chunks and then just add the other ingredients. Then it is simply and case of mixing the whole lot together as per the instructions of the particular mixer.

Remember this is a smoothie so will be thick but the consistency can be easily altered by the addition of more juice. There is no need to add any sugar or sweeteners as everything is sweet enough but be warned the bits of raspberry may stick in your teeth! :)
