Raspberry and elderflower fizz recipe

Dissolve the gelatine leaves in the boiling water in a measuring jug.

Add elderflower cordial then the white wine.

Divide the raspberries between 6 tall clear glasses and fill with the elderflower syrup mixture.

Leave to set. Sprinkle the mint leaves with icing sugar and place one on each jelly.
