To remind my partner of her roots!

toast the oatmeal in a dry pan, watching carefully that it does not burn

Whip the double cream until stiff, light bash the raspberries, then mix these and the honey to the whipped cream

Fold The cream mixture with the toasted oats and serve in tall glasses

Add a dash of single malt whisky
