Pre-heat the oven to 180C
Place the flour in a large mixing bowl and rub the butter in lightly with your fingers, to make the crumble
Once the fat has been evenly dispersed and it has a crumbly appearance then add the sugar
Arrange the raspberries in a dish and sprinkle on the sugar followed by the crumble mix
Place on a high shelf and cook for 40 minutes until the crumble is golden brown
