Try our raspberry twist on a classic Kir Royale; a super-easy cocktail to make, so it’s great to serve to party guests. If you have room in the fridge, you could add the Chambord to the glasses and keep chilled, then all you need to do is add the bubbles when guests arrive. See method

  • 15ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 110ml prosecco, chilled
  • fresh raspberries, to serve

Method

  1. Ideally chill a coupe in the freezer for 30 mins.​ 
  2. Pour the Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur into the bottom of the glass, then pour over the prosecco. Garnish with a raspberry on the glass.
