Roughly crush most of the raspberries and divide between to ramekin dishes. Melt the white chocolate carefully on a low power in the microwave or over a bowl of hot water. Whisk the egg white until stiff. Mix the milk into the white chocolate and fold into the egg white. Refrigerate to set and serve with the remaining raspberries on top.
