I have different types of smoothies as breakfast everyday, they are healthy, delicious and keep me full for the whole morning.

Put all the ingredients in a blender, and liquefy.

Add some honey if it‘s too sour. It‘s also possible to add a tbsp of wheat bran, with this trick it will make you feel full for longer.

  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 1 fresh pineapple slice
  • 2 fresh melon slices
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 cup of water
