Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly salted boiling water until just tender - about 12 minutes - then drain and pour into a family-sized gratin dish. Stir the ratatouille, paprika, lentils and Mediterranean seasoning into the pasta.
Make up the cheese sauce mix with the milk according to pack instructions. Pour over the pasta mix evenly. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and bake at 190C for 20 minutes or until bubbling and the topping is golden.
Tip - Try serving each portion with a large green leaf salad and light French dressing.
