Under pressure to provide fast, healthy, cheap, easy meals

Pour the milk into a large cook pot, with the aromat & salt, & turn on a high heat.

Crack the eggs into a plastic bowl, watching out for shell. Whip up with a fork, turn down the cook pot & add the whipped eggs.

Toast the bread & butter it. Watch the eggs & turn down the heat to medium. Stir constantly, & turn a little lower still. Keep the toast warm.

When the eggs start to really thicken, take off the heat & let finish, or on a very low heat.

Have the bacon frying gently in a pan from the beginning together with the tomatoes, or serve tinned tomatoes heated thoroughly thru in a small pot. Serve with orange juice, & a hot cup of tea, coffee or milk to your liking.
