rince lentils well and then boil as per pack instructions.Cube or slice carrots.
5 minutes before lentils are cooked, saute onion with garlic and spices and make stock.
Add lentils, stock and carrots. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add peas and lemon juice 5 minutes before end of cooking.
Can include cauliflower. Or add chilli to spice up.
