Melt butter and marshmellows together in microwave ( do this slowly in bursts of approx 30 seconds to avoid burning) Stir
Add 2 cups of rice bubbles to the melted butter/marshmellow, and stir gently to mix
Pour into a lined mold ( eg 9inch square cake tin). Place in fridge to set.
Cut into squares
Marshmellow butter mix may look split, but it will combine together OK with Rice bubbles. Just be sure not to burn the marshmellows when melting
Can incorporate chocolate chips, nuts etc into mixture if desired
Can use cocopops or cornflakes instead
