Ricotta and smoked salmon pizza recipe

Cut the pastry into quarters and transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Fold the 4 sides inwards to form a border. Brush the pastry sides with oil. Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas mark 7.

Mix the topping ingredients together and spread inside the pastry borders. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden. To serve the Denise Phillips way garnish with strips of smoked salmon, rocket leaves and a dusting of freshly ground black pepper.
