For a healthier version try making this recipe with Sweet Potato instead and low fat cheese
Cook 6-10 (dependant on size) frozen roast potatoes (no need to be fully cooked, just soft) and boil the broccoli.
Mix creme fraiche with chicken stock, add herbs if required and stir.
Place the cooked chicken, roast potatoes, broccoli and the sauce in a oven proof dish, and mix together. Add grated cheese, and breadcrumbs and cook until piping hot and the cheese has melted.
For an extra scrummy taste add a variety of cheeses, for example Boursin cubes on top of the bake. Or add a spice mix for roasted vegetables for extra flavour.
