Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 5.
Split the figs by making a cross hatch cut (cut nearly in half, then nearly into quarters) and place in a baking dish. Drizzle the clear honey over the figs and top with knobs of butter. Bake the figs for 5-10 minutes, until the butter is bubbling and the figs are hot.
Top with yogurt and sprinkle over the pistachios before serving.
