Roast pears with maple syrup recipe

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Divide the pear halves between two roasting trays. Dot with the butter and drizzle the maple syrup into the centre cavities. Roast for 25-30 minutes until they are soft. Remove and sprinkle the dried cranberries into the centre cavities before serving.
