Roast pink grapefruit with almonds recipe

Pre-heat the grill to hot.

Run a sharp knife around the perimeter of the inside of the skin where the flesh meets it to loosen it. Run the knife between the skin that separates the segments. Sprinkle the sugar on top and place under the grill until lightly golden brown. Remove and arrange on serving plates.

Sprinkle the almonds on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
