Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
Place onto a lined baking tray
Sprinkle over the celery salt
Salt and pepper
Then cover with the olive oil
Place in the oven and cook for 30-45 minutes
Depending on how well cooked you like them.
After they have been cooking for about 20 minutes, start preparing your couscous.
Half a cup of brown rice couscous into a bowl
Mix your vegetable stock with a cup of boiling water, pour over couscous and covet with a lid.
After about 15 minutes fluff couscous with a fork.
Check veg and when done mix it together for a delicious dinner that's gluten free.
If you eat fish, then this tastes great with some wild salmon or a tuna steak.
