We have found this delicious with pork and apple sauce!

Half the potatoes and toss in the oil then put in the oven for 20mins

In those 20 minutes take out 18 sprouts, half the cherry tomatoes, dice the shallots and garlic

After 20 mins stir the potatoes so they don‘t stick to the tray, add the butter and let it melt then add all the other ingredients and stir to incorporate the butter and oil throughout.

Put the tray back into the oven for 20mins

Top with cheese. Grated finest Red Leicester is delicious on this!

Times all depend on your oven and portion sizes
