Runner beans with caper dressing recipe

Runner & Caper Salad (h)

Make the dressing by whisking together the vinegar, honey and salt and pepper. Add the oil, capers and parsley and mix together.

Boil or steam the runner beans until tender (about 3 minutes) and drain well. Pour the dressing over the warm beans and toss to coat well.
