Prep ahead and freeze uncooked mixture for up to 3 months.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until very well combined. Either use to stuff the neck of the turkey, or put in an ovenproof tray, cover and bake at gas 4, 180ºC, fan 160ºC for 1 hour until golden.
