This receipe has just developed as we enjoy fish dishes. I won a cookery day and overnight hotel stay with a supper club competition using this receipe,
chop and fry onion until just tender
add salmon fillets until just cooked
boil and mash potatoes season with a little salt and pepper
add salmon/onions and chopped chilli to ovenproof dish
cover with cream/yoghurt
top with mash potatoe
cook for approx 45 mins or until topping is brown and crispy
serve with roasted veg or salad
use more chilli if you want a very hot pie.
You could add grated cheese to the top
Suitable for most fish but salmon and chilli go well together.
