we all love salmon and enjoy eating it every which way especially with a glass of rum punch or pimms
roll out puffpastry following instructions
cut vol au vent cases up to 18 cook following instructions
mix together salmon, parsley, thousand island dressing
cut lemon in half squeezehalf into mixture cut rest of lemon into slices to put on top of patties
when the cases are cooked and cool spoon mixture into them decorate with small slices of lemon and sprinkle of parsley
