Start cooking risotto rice
Pan fry salmon pieces for 2-3 minutes until cooked
Add salmon, frozen peas and philadelphia to rice. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes
Serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan
don‘t forget to constantly stir rice and add liquid in stages. You might have some stock left over depending on how you like your rice
