Mix together Kikkoman soy sauce, lemongrass, harissa, ginger and coriander stalks, pour the marinade over the salmon and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey and bake it for around 12 mins at gas 6-7, 200-220°C, fan 180-200°C.
For the salsa, chop the chillies, finely chop the spring onions and mix with coriander leaves.
Drizzle the salmon with salsa and serve with rice or noodles.
