Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp spiced honey & orange syrup
  • 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Añejo 8-year-old rum ​
  • 50ml cranberry juice
  • 75ml soda water
  • twist of orange peel, to serve
  • 1 rosemary sprig, to serve​

Method

  1. Make the spiced orange and syrup. Pour 2 tbsp into a wine glass. Add the rum and cranberry juice. Mix well, then top up with soda water. Garnish with the twist of orange and rosemary
