Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water, according to the instructions on the packet.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, drizzle the olive oil in a pan, wait until hot then add the chorizo, fry for a few moments until browned. Add the chopped garlic and stir until cooked through, then add the prawns and stir until the prawns are almost cooked, then add the chilli sauce.
Turn down the heat and leave to simmer for 3 minutes or until the prawns are cooked.
Drain the pasta and mix together with the prawns, season with sea salt and black pepper.
Serve with garlic bread.
