In a frying pan, fry the sausages until brown on all sides and cooked through.

 

Meanwhile cook the potatoes in a pan of lightly salted boiling water until soft for 15-20 minutes. Drain well and then mash with the butter and milk, seasoning to taste.

 

Heat the gravy, then add your sausages to your plated mash potato, and pour your gravy over the top.
