Start by preparing the pastry. you can either make the pastry from scratch or use pre-made. Once the pastry is prepared into a case add the sausagemeat and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Whisk the eggs and pour over. Add the pastry over the top, sealing the filling.
Cook at medium heat 180-200°C for 45-60 minutes.
Tips: This pie is delicious hot or cold. It is cheap to make and goes a long way.
You can prepare the pastry the night before. Wrap it in cling film and keep in the fridge till you need to roll it out.
