roll out pastry until 60cm x 24cm
lay parma hamover half and sprinkle cheese. Fold the pastry in half sandwiching the cheese and parma ham inside
roll out the pastry again to about 33cm x 28cm, slice in half to make two 33cm x 14cm strips
Mix the sausage meat, onions and chilli in a bowl, devide into two and make long 33cm sausages out of each half
lay each one along middle of pastry. Brush pastry edges with beaten egg and fold over pastry to enclose sausage meat
seal well with a fork. cut each large sausage into 6, and brush with remaining egg.
slice tops with a knife and cook for 15 - 20mins, till golden brown
