Sautéed mushrooms with Parmesan and rocket recipe

Heat the oil in a roomy pan and sauté the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until golden. Add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, griddle or toast the bread and cut into halves. Arrange the bread on the plates and pile on the mushrooms.

Top with Parmesan and rocket and drizzle with a litte more oil.
