Follow instruction for half of the stuffing mix substituting water for knorr stock
Mix stuffing and pork sausage
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 4 circles use a saucer from size
Place sausage mixture onto pastry and brush around with beaten egg
Fold over the pastry to made a semi circle parcel and press sides together making pattern around the edge with a fork
Bake in oven until golden brown
To make the gravy fry onion to caramelise add celery and carrot and knorr stock cube add rest of stuffing mix and simmer until flavoursome add knorr stock pot and mix then strain before serving
