1.Boil eggs 3mins and transfer into ice water (to stop cooking process). 2.mix minced meat,rosemary and salt together and divide into 6 round portions.
Peel eggs and wrap meat portions around each egg. Using two hands one hand for dry and other for egg wash dip each egg
(one at a time) from flour to egg wash to breadcrumb. Place in fridge for 1/4hr. Meanwhile heat Deep fat fryer to180c. When ready transfer to basket and cook for 4mins
