Made this recipe after buying tesco finest potatoes after receiving a voucher from tesco orchard , it was global scouse day so I made this dish to celebrate my heritage
Peel and chop potatoes up in 8 , scrap and slice the carrot , add all ingredients to a slow cooker , put on slow and will be ready later in the day
Before serving use potato masher and mash the scouse , serve with red cabbage and tiger tail for a delicious meal on a cold winters evening
