If you want to have a nice weekend breakfast its an ideal recipe for that.
Heat oil in a cooking wok and add finely chopped onions and sautee. When onions have changed its colour to lightbrown add chopped tomatoes and cook until turns into a thick tomato paste consistency and oil starts to show.
Add green chillies and coriander cook for another 5 minutes, then add salt, black pepper and the eggs and let them cook. Serve with pitta bread or toast.
