This is my aunt's recipe which I remember from childhood
Prepare and crush freshly hulled strawberries and mix with sugar. Let mixture stand for ten minutes. Meanwhile mix the pectin into the water in a small saucepan. Keep stirring and bring to the boil over medium heat. Continue to boil for 1 minute. Then stir the boiling water into the strawberries. Allow mixture to stand for three minutes before pouring into jars.
Place lids on jars and leave for 24 hours. Place into freezer, and store frozen until ready to use.
