This dish was made especially for the kids, with only basic seasonings. It is delicious, and also provides the kids with plenty of omega 3 and proteins, good as a school lunch pack.
For the fillings: Cut the salmon and cod fillets into pieces, mixed well with smashed potato, add salt and black pepper.
Divide the pastry dough into 10 even portions, fill each portion with abundant fillings.
Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Consume within 3 days.
(1) You can add any seasonings you like to the fillings, such as curry powder, garlic, or ginger, to get various flavours.
(2) This dish can be served both hot and cold.
