A great twist on a classic, this shandy ginger is sure to impress your guests.

Pour the pale ale evenly between four tall glasses.

Slowly pour in the cloudy ginger beer (leaving enough room for the vodka shot if using vodka).

Add the vodka shot in and stir very gently to combine properly.

Serve with a savoury snack such as monkey nuts.

Tip

With beer cocktails it's important not to shake them, as this causes the beer to foam vigourously and then loose its fizz.
