Sheridan's magic sauce recipe

In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise and yogurt.
Add the crushed garlic, chopped herbs and mix well.
Season to taste and serve or chill in the fridge until required.

You can mix the herbs and leave out the garlic for a gentler taste.
Pour over fish, chicken goujons or sauteed potatoes. Also makes a great dip for tortilla chips.

  • 100g (3½oz) - greek yogurt
  • 1 clove - garlic, crushed
  • large bunch dill, chopped
  • large bunch tarragon, chopped
  • salt and pepper
