Measure 5 tablespoons dry sherry into a jug, add 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon honey. Stir well and pour into a cocktail glass.
Decorate with a curl of orange peel. (Peel rind in one long strip around the orange with a potato peeler. Cut into long lengths with scissors. Wind each strip tightly around an artist's paintbrush. Leave for 10 minutes before uncurling.)
