Dry fino sherry meets refreshing lemonade in this elegantly balanced aperitif. This Christmas cocktail recipe is ideal for entertaining, you can even make the sherry mix a few hours in advance and keep it chilled until your guests arrive.

  1. Combine the chilled fino sherry, the juice of the lemons and the sugar syrup in a large jug. Mix well, then top up with the soda water.
  2. Fill tall glasses with ice and pour in the sherry mixture. Garnish with lemon wedges.
