Clean and slice mushrooms roughly, peel and chop onions and garlic roughly. Saute the mushrooms, onion, garlic, celery and rosemary in olive oil. Add chicken stock cubes, water, salt and pepper and simmer for 50 mins
blend untill smooth.

Serve with swirl of single cream and garlic crutons.

Tip: make healthy crutons by toasting wholemeal bread and rubbing raw fresh galic clove on both sides then cut into little crutons.
