Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Mix sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Fold in the flour and bring the mix together into a ball.
Roll out to about 1cm thick. Use a cookie cutter or cut into shapes.
Dust with caster sugar and prick holes in the surface using a fork for a professional look.
Place on a greased or lined baking tray and bake for 8-12 minutes.
Place biscuits on a wire rack and leave to cool.
Change the quantity of the ingredients to 3,6,9 oz if you want to make more biscuits.
