Shred the celeriac and apple in a food processor or grate on the coarse side of a grater. Place in a bowl. Add the raisins and dill.

Make the sauce by mixing together the rest of the ingredients – you may want more mustard or lemon juice.

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly with the mustard mayonnaise and chill until needed.

  • 2-3tbsp grain mustard
  • juice of ½ lemon
