Shredded Brussell Sprouts with Bacon, Garlic and Onion recipe

Finely slice the trimmed Brussel sprouts.

Gently heat the olive oil and melt the butter into it.

Add the onion, garlic and bacon.

Fry for 3-4 mins until the onion is softened.

Add the sprouts and cook for 5-10 mins until cooked through.
