Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and paprika. Whisk together the oil, milk and eggs and add to the flour with the thyme, peppers, parmesan, prawns, milk, eggs, olive oil, sea salt and ground black pepper and mix until combined.
Grease a loaf tin with olive oil and dust with flour and add the cake mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. Rest for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
