Shrimp ‘N‘ Hotroot Soup

Lightly fry the chopped onions, leeks and chilli powder for about 5 minutes in the butter until soft, transfer to saucepan.

Add the stock , chopped potatoes to saucepan, add salt&pepper

Cover and simmer for ~15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are very soft.

Add the shrimp and milk and slowly reheat.

  • 284ml Vegetable stock
  • 142ml Milk
  • 25g butter
  • To taste hot chilli powder
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • 1 Large onion
  • 2 Leeks loose class 2
  • 3 Medium-sized Potatoes
