Simple potatoes with a mushroom sauce recipe

Reminding me of the simple recipes my mum would turn out when I was little

Put potatoes in salty water, and simmer for 25 mins

10 mins before the end of potatoes cooking, fry the chestnut mushrooms for 5-6 mins. Remove from heat and add creme fraiche

Drain potatoes. Slice potatoes in 3. Mix the potatoes with the mushroom sauce

Keep lid on and just have enough water to cover the potatoes.
