Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F or Gas mark 6.
Lay the pizza base onto a baking tray and spread the base with pizza topping and the sauce from the skippers can. Arrange the skippers onto the tomato topping, laying each fish around the pizza base.
Place the red and yellow pepper slices in between the fish. Garnish the pizza with the cheese slices and black olives. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or follow the guidelines on the back of the pizza base.
Remove from the oven, place the rocket on top of the pizza and serve immediately!
