Spray a little fry light into a hot pan and add the garlic cloves, cook for 1-2 minutes
Add the Pork mince and onions, cook until browned and drain the excess fat if any
Add in the passata, chopped peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, worcester sauce and tomato puree, mix all ingredients together and cover and simmer on a low heat for 2hours
Put some water in a big pan to boil. Once boiled add the spaghetti and cook for the time stated on packet
Drain the pasta once cooked and place on the plates, cover with the spaghetti sauce and top with 30g of grated cheese and enojy.
