Slow Cooker Spanish Pork Casserole

I usually buy my meat fromthe Tesco 3 for £10 range as I know I can rely on the quality.

Dice onion,slice pepper, drain beans, peel and dice sweet potato. Place all ingredients in your slow cooker. Cook on high for an hour. Turn down to low for a further 3 hours, or until meat is tender and sweet potato is soft.

Serve with rice or flatbreads for an easy midweek meal the whole family will enjoy. Check out Tesco 3 for £10 meat range.
